Serve as a virtual, constructive, and gaming training integrator and operator supporting the Army National Guard Asymmetric Threat Training Program (ARNG ATTSP). Support home station training using Virtual Battlespace (VBS). Develop and tailor scenarios to support the training, train personnel as operators and administrators of VBS, and provide games for training general support for all gaming applications and services. Perform installation, operation, maintenance, and configuration management for the assigned Games for Training Software. Report utilization of virtual systems monthly and write and deliver storyboards and After-Action Reports (AARs) at the conclusion of training events. Assist with planning and providing virtual training across multiple locations, provide continuity, and apply expertise that enables awareness and the effective use of virtual training assets to support training across the ARNG.
-Experience with using simulations to support training
-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Access, and Word
-Ability to show an acquired military rank of E6 or above
-Ability to travel in support of the Army National Guard client 25-50% of the time
-HS diploma or GED
-A+CE, CCNA-Security, Network+ CE, or SSCP Certification
-Experience as a Joint Fires Observer
-Knowledge of Virtual Battle Space 3 and Virtual Battle Space Fires preferred
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Possession of excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
-BA or BS degree
-Instructor qualifications from a service school
