**Position Description** **What does a great Training Specialist, Consultant do?** We are seeking an associate with a strong adult training background with financial industry experience to educate our clients on the functionality of our financial industry software. You will be working with clients who know the financial industry in great depth and rely on your expertise and knowledge to educate and consult with their staff so that they can be successful in their utilization of the new software. This includes training branch users, back office deposit operations, loan servicing/operations and CRM/Business Intelligence staff members.
You should be engaging and nurturing to provide the client with the efficient experience while ensuring knowledge transfer and retention. You will enjoy working with a dynamic team and will interact with multiple levels of management both internally and externally with clients. You will have the happiness of knowing that you contributed to the successful transition or our clients from their current core system to the DNA platform.
This position also performs training virtually and performs curriculum design. You will have the opportunity to travel throughout the United States while engaging with clients in various locations. This is great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people and enjoys traveling.
**Basic Qualifications for Consideration** **:** + Associates degree in Education, Finance or Computer Science or an equivalent combination of financial industry, software industry and adult education experience. + Three years' experience in adult education, facilitating training to adult learners in a client service environment, preferably in the financial and software industries. + Three years of financial proven experience.
+ Experience in developing content and facilitating Training via eLearning virtual classroom and instructor led delivery to adult learners. + Applicable Training Certifications, a plus. + The ability to think through an entire process.
+ Must be a quick learner, and be self-motivated, self-directed and visionary. + The ability to balance multiple priorities, serve many constituencies, and prioritize accordingly. + The ability to work flexible hours to meet department needs and timelines.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills required. + Passion for training and client service. + Expertise with standard business software programs and curriculum design software/tools is preferred.
+ Experience in authoring end user training artifacts to include process/workflow documentation and training materials, on-demand eLearning and virtual classroom content and delivery. + Willingness to work extended hours to accommodate shifting dates and priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment. + Superb analysis, research, collaboration, and conversation skills.
+ Must be flexible, team orientated and an independent self-starter. + Demonstrated ability to exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills. + Strong organizational and time management abilities.
+ Experience in SharePoint and Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. **Preferred Qualifications for Consideration:** + Knowledge of DNA software. + Financial industry experience, preferably in areas of Loan Servicing, Deposit - Branch and Back Office operations/service, Business Intelligence, and Technical Operations.
+ Demonstrated ability to exhibit excellent and strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. + Must be flexible, self-motivated, and independent self-starter. + Strong multi-tasking, organization and time leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.
+ The ability to balance multiple priorities and serve many constituencies. + Strong team player, who is team orientated and works towards the benefit of the overall team. + This is a remote position and requires strong self-discipline skills.
