Job Description:

We are seeking a Trainer/Certifier for the Pathfinder contract. This role is responsible for developing curriculums, learning objectives, course materials, and exams, and leading trainings required to prepare NCTC employees and contractors to pass the TIDE Production certification exams. The Trainer/Certifier is responsible for conducting training and ongoing implementation of the TIDE Production certification program.  Additional responsibilities include conducting ongoing review and revision of the certification program as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree + 4 years of prior relevant experience or a Master’s degree + 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience working in the NCTC environment, including knowledge of ODNI, NCTC, and IC mission, roles, responsibilities, policies, and procedures
  • Strong experience in utilizing and training new TIDE users and existing employees.
  • Previous experience working as a Trainer
  • TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required
