Description:In this position you will be part of a team tasked with the development and presentation of instructional materials for various programs. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, development of instructor led training and course content, identifying student learning objectives, preparation of course syllabi, lesson plans, testing, development of student manuals and the evaluation and quality assurance of training materials and procedures. Also analyzes and makes recommendations for revisions of curriculum based on upgrades to software and equipment design. Conduct training in the classroom and/or customer sites. May also be tasked with supporting development of technical manuals for the same programs.
Basic Qualifications:
-Prior military/commercial experience as a technician operating and maintaining complex electronic systems and equipment
-Experience planning, analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating training and courseware
Desired Skills:
-Experience developing military operations or maintenance training for complex electronic systems
-Experience developing technical manuals
