SIGINT Training Program Support Specialist

Key Role:

Support the job qualification standard (JQS) program and certification activities for an Overhead Collection Management Center (OCMC). Develop and deliver SIGINT training modules in a few different formats, while implementing instructional systems design (ISD) methodology. Conduct training needs assessments, as necessary. Provide tools training to the OCMC workforce. Review developer-generated training plans and training materials for suitability and viability. Support train-the-trainer activities. Develop working aids to support the operational workforce, as necessary.

Basic Qualifications:
-5 years of experience with developing and teaching SIGINT training materials
-1 year of experience with developing and maintaining job qualification standards (JQSes)
-Experience with basic computer expertise, including the Microsoft Office tool suite
-Knowledge of the instructional system design process (ISD) and fundamental instructor expertise, including learning preferences, objectives, and engagement
-Knowledge of training development tools, including Captivate

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required

-HS diploma or GED required

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with supporting the Overhead Collection mission

-Knowledge of the national SIGINT requirements process

-Knowledge of overhead SIGINT operations
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
