a) Train in AIAT and understand how to best train the MoD 14 supply and requisition processes at AFG MoD, TED-C, ANATEC, MFNDU, and branch school levels. Retain institutional knowledge and provide continuity for all AIAT personnel while maintaining awareness of AIAT priorities IAW the Director’s campaign plan and share information accordingly. Contractor shall also be required to visit branch schools and institutions located within and outside of Kabul, as well as serve as a mentoring liaison while at these locations. Train and mentor in the management of the day to day logistical operations of ANATEC, MFNDU and/or TED-C, and mentor all subordinate units with their logistical concerns and issues. Training points will include fielding of new equipment, ammunition, vehicles, supplies, fuel, MOD 14s, forecasting and budgeting, submitting changes to the Tashkil and reporting all relevant issues to higher headquarters.
b) Train and mentor the management of the day to day logistical operations of MFNDU and mentor all tenant institutions with their logistical concerns and issues. Issues include fielding of new equipment, ammunition, vehicles, supplies, fuel, MOD 14s, forecasting and budgeting and assist with submitting changes to the Tashkil.
c) Ensure MFNDU Advisor continuity and retain institutional knowledge of Logistics Training when training incoming military personnel during six month rotations and change overs. Provide general expertise and help in supporting the sustainment and development of Logistics Training within the TED-C team and AIAT.
d) Train the MFNDU Logistics Officers, TED-C Logistics (G4) and their staff in all aspects of logistics and coordination of logistics for the MFNDU and mentor all tenant institutions at the MFNDU IAW the Director’s campaign
e) Train the MFNDU Logistics Officers, TED-C G4 and their staff on day to day maintenance and facility concerns while maintaining close coordination with the AEP Contracts/GSU Trainer. Train the G4s to coordinate logistics seminars, meetings and inspections with subordinate units. Act as liaison between MFNDU and AIAT.
- Experience with US military logistics systems, equipment accountability procedures and supply processes
- Army Logistics University Graduate or 2yrs experience in Divisional or Brigade Combat Team (BCT) Support Operations Office
- Military Education Level 4
- Valid US passport and ability to live and work in Afghanistan.
- May be required to successfully complete CRC for deployment to Afghanistan.
- Valid US driver license.
- May be required to obtain/maintain a SECRET clearance.
