Key Role:

Provide training management for a global program supporting over 226,000 transitioning service members across military installations within the Continental United States (CONUS) and outside the Contiguous United States (OCONUS) and deliver training programs and equivalent materials to support client products. Oversee the development and maintenance of a new hire training program and other programs aimed at the continual development of field operations staff and master trainers. Train and monitor the activities of a group of globally dispersed master trainers responsible for implementing field operations staff training programs. Develop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities. Update course documentation to ensure timeliness and relevance on a continuous basis. Participate in the management of task budgets, schedules, reports, and staffing. Engage with clients daily, including providing client briefings.

Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience with managing stakeholder relationships and working on complex projects

-8+ years of experience with implementing large-scale instructor-led learning programs in-person and virtually for a globally-dispersed audience

-Experience with data analysis, conducting interviews, and administering surveys

-Knowledge of instructional design practices, program evaluation techniques, learning technologies, including SCORM and Section 508 compliance, change management, communications, and an array of E-learning, immersive learning, mobile learning, and virtual classroom development approaches

-Ability to consult and collaborate with clients to uncover performance and behavior gaps and recommend holistic learning strategies

-Ability to contribute to business development opportunities and proposals

-Ability to prepare and conduct briefings and interact with general officers and other senior leaders

-Ability to effectively collaborate in a team environment and provide leadership for remote employees

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree required

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with the military or cross-agency executive working groups

-Experience with strategy or management consulting

-Experience with strategic communications

-Experience in working with the VA, Army, Navy, Marine Corps, or Air Force as a support contractor

-Experience with the Veterans Benefits Administration’s (VBA) Transition Assistance Program (TAP)

-Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent consulting skills
