Instructor/Instructional Systems Designer

The Challenge:

Do you want to develop and deliver training that will transform national security? As an instructional designer, you know that even the best tools and processes can’t have impact without the right training. Constructing an interactive course that teaches critical instructional skills requires an instructional expert who has a passion for teaching. We have an opportunity for an outstanding instructor who is also an instructional designer that can train the trainers.

You will be training a small team that ensures all instructors in the organization are teaching to the organization’s teaching standards, including student-centered learning. When needed, you’ll follow the ADDIE model to build additional training that instructors need, such as how to deal with difficult participants, how to engage your students, etc. This is a chance to use your deep understanding of training methodologies to build a creative learning experience that will engage students. Join us as we ensure that all training delivered is through student-centered learning.

Empower change with us.
