Our client, a top 10 Real Estate & Education Group in China, is URGENTLY looking for talented individuals, who are loving, caring, patient, and self-motivated to work with students aged 3-6 and 6-13. Along with that they must be able to foster and facilitate the intellectual and social development of their students. Other responsibilities include the planning, implementing, and assessing educational activities. Immediate positions available for full-time with competitive benefits being offered.

Position Summary
To create a safe and caring climate and culture in which we prepare, engage, educate, empower and inspire all learners in partnership with their surrounding community to be successful in today's and tomorrow's society.

Position: Full-time teaching positions (teachers for 3-6 age groups and 6-12 age groups)
Days off: 2 days off/week
Working Hours: 16 office hrs/week plus 20 teaching hrs/week
Class size: small group classes of 6-12 students
Salary, Benefits, Visas and Services:
1. highly competitive salaries ranges from CNY 20,000 to CNY 30,000 per month

Essential Duties
• Instructional Planning and Preparation. Demonstrate knowledge of content and pedagogy. Demonstrate knowledge of students.
• Select instructional goals. Demonstrate knowledge of resources. Design coherent instruction.
• Classroom Environment. Create an environment of respect and rapport. Establish a culture for learning.
• Manage classroom procedures. Manage student behavior. Organize physical space.
• Instructional Interaction. Communicate clearly and accurately. Use questioning and discussion techniques. Engage students in learning.
• Assess student learning. Provide feedback to students.
• Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness. Professional Responsibilities reflect on teaching. Maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with families. Contribute to the school and district.
• Grow and develop professionally. Show professionalism.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Prior Pre-K or primary school teaching experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
• Be able to adapt to continuously changing, fast-paced environment, and make the children's needs the primary focus.
• Art/music or other creative skills/talents preferred
• A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day.
• Ability to build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happens.
• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and manage multiple situations effectively
• Must be physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors. Must be able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children.
