Partner with teams to take them beyond getting delivery practices up and running and into the deliberate pursuit of high performance. Coach, mentor, teach, and facilitate delivery teams and individuals on the adoption of agile, adaptive processes that promote continuous learning, feedback, and value-based delivery. Facilitate the Agile Release Train (ART) event, including quarterly planning, and process and assist the teams in delivering value. Provide guidance to scale lean and Agile practices and comprehend the unique opportunities and challenges associated with facilitating and continuously aligning a large development program.
-10+ years of experience with delivering large or complex systems in a federal agency environment
-Experience with working in the Agile mindset
-Knowledge of the Agile manifesto and Lean principles and their applicability to IT system delivery
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree
-Agile certifications, including ICAgile, Scaled Agile, and Scrum
-Experience with progressive technical roles, including developer, tester, or systems administrator preferred
-Experience as an Agile coach, Scrum Master, or product owner preferred
-Experience as a trainer a plus
-Knowledge of traditional IT domain, including requirements, design, development, testing, or deployment preferred
-Ability to establish good working relationships with both technical and non-technical senior managers and directors
-Ability to explain Agile principles, practices, and values in both written and oral formats clearly and concisely
-Agile Coach Certification (ACC) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) Certification preferred
