Serve as an Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) and Surface Warfare (SUW) analyst and trainer in a Navy training organization. Review ASW and SUW requirements and operation documents, perform instructor duties in advanced warfare tactics, and develop tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs). Provide recommendations on capability gap evaluations, tactical priorities and research requirements, development procurements, and training. Review, update, and develop Tactical Memorandum (TACMEMO), Tactical Bulletins (TACBUL), Fleet Advisory Messages (FAMs), Joint Publications (JPs), Navy Warfare Publications (NWPs), and Navy TTP.
-5+ years of experience in Navy fleet ASW and SUW mission area operations, including fleet training, ASW and SUW requirements, and TTP review
-Experience with assessing readiness and key performance metrics and preparing data displays for Flag-level briefings
-HS diploma or GED and 5+ additional years of experience in Navy fleet training or BA or BS degree
-Experience as a Navy instructor
-Experience with Microsoft Office products
-Navy Enlisted Warfare Qualified or Surface Warfare Officer Qualified
-Afloat Training Specialist (ATS) or Master Training Specialist (MTS) Qualification
