Airborne Cryptologic Certification Training Instructor

Key Role:

Train an Air Force client's personnel in accordance with Airborne Cryptologic Certification Training (ACCT) course syllabus requirements as a Mode 1, 2, or 3 instructor. Prepare course curriculum, coordinate, schedule, and conduct classroom academic instruction or other practical training events using the Tactical Systems Emulator (TSE). Support and maintain curriculum and student materials in accordance with the ACCT syllabus of instruction (SOI). Provide oral and written post-mission performance feedback to students and other stakeholders. Liaise between the client organization and elements of the intelligence community as a subject matter expert. Perform administrative duties associated with ACCT, including maintenance of required instructor certifications. This position is located in Oklahoma City, OK.

Basic Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience as an Operation Tradecraft and Training (OTT) certified trainer, Instructional Systems Designer (ISD), or instructor
-Experience with curriculum or training development

-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

-TS/SCI clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with the Tactical Systems Emulator

-Ability to work with teams or independently, as required

-Ability to analyze and provide proposed solutions to complex problems

-Ability to adapt to challenging and dynamic situations

-Ability to achieve and maintain additional mode instructor certifications in accordance with evolving requirements
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including public speaking
-BA or BS degree preferred

Clearance:
